20050908 CHINA - Beijing -SiMaTai Great Wall
There are many Great Wall sections open to tourists, I chose the stirring remains at SiMaTai (in Miyun County 110km northeast of Beijing) which make for a more exhilarating Great Wall experience, and it is less frequented by tourists. The end part of this Great Wall is closed for public safety sake. This section looks beautiful and the most interesting. I'd love to venture to the highest tower. The Chinese said, 不到长城非好汉, I've made it!
